As every morning, I open the newspaper with my good cup of coffee in hand and read:
"The new street hustlers are abusers selling beer below cost in times that should be aired on alcohol curfew. not ask for receipts or ID card to any minors. "
I can not help but pour another cup of coffee.
But I say, dear journalist looking for the scoop, you've probably never seen a bartender ask for identity cards to those who order an alcoholic?? Want to see those responsible for the phenomenon of alcoholism among the young are the peddlers who are not asking for an ID card??
I invite you, at this point, to stand for 10 minutes in a tobacco and ... surprise, surprise .... COULD MAKE ANOTHER BIG SCOOP : tobacconists selling cigarettes to minors, even without asking them their identity card! And this time have nothing to do illegal street vendors.
In fact, I'll tell you more about this: if I were the center of Rome after 2 am (the time over which it is forbidden sell alcohol), you may realize, using a great sense of observation, not just the local (regular) who continue to sell alcohol. IS ANOTHER GREAT SCOOP!
The truth is that in Italy the laws are made to be broken, or at best, set aside, but someone around, if they have not yet realized.
